He mentioned the jobs by title only and didn't include the link with all the pertinent deets, so here goes:
Creative Services Coordinator: This one is located in Burbank and you'll "assist Creative Service Manager & Executive Director in organizing and cataloging all incoming materials from editorial, theatrical, television, WHV, WB Games, WBCP and with high discretion and security distribute to the appropriate departments." In other words, you're going to get to see all the cool stuff long before anyone else."
Senior Secretary: Sadly, this doesn't mean helping old people write their memoirs while keeping track of how many kids violate the sanctity of their lawn. Also based in Burbank, you'll be assisting the "Executive Director in the Creative Services department by managing executive calendars, meeting schedules, answering phones, maintaining logs, placing calls, and sending emails and faxes as needed.
Typing, organizing and distributing notes from executives to internal Creative Services team and external clients/vendors for correspondence needs." I once had a boss who sent his Senior Secretary to Von's several times a month whenever Lean Cuisine was on sale, so that might be part of the job too. Also "typing"? Is that really still a verb in active use?
Executive Assistant: This one's out of DC's New York office in their Business and Legal Affairs department. You'll provide "administrative and clerical support to the VP Business Affairs, Talent including answering telephones, taking messages, scheduling meetings and appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, opening and distributing mail, maintaining files, preparing correspondence. Also provides basic support team, including making travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, planning meetings." You'll also get to "maintain attendance and time off records for team" and I'm really hoping that means you get to call the roll each morning.
