So let’s talk about the book. After eliminating all of the immortals in Contagion’s stable one by one, Wolverine finally gets to the man himself. Using a bit of psychology and his newly super adaptive healing factor, Wolverine is able to withstand all of Contagion’s diseases and bring his reign of terror to a close. And that’s the book.
So let’s talk opinions. Look boys and girls. We actually get some red blood this issue. Not only that, the art overall was great. There was a lot of detail in the layouts. The final fight was well done. Completely gross, but well done. (I’ve never seen a character get puked on so much in any book.) Other than Wolverine’s hair, everything looked amazing. Storywise, I am quite satisfied as well. Using viciousness and some levels of intelligence, Wolverine actually accomplishes his goals. There was some confusion fer me though. What exactly happened at the end? Also, this comic really is too wordy for me. We need to stop monologueing and start getting better, shorter phrases. Not to mention those retarded little xxxxx all over the place where the curse words should be. (Parental Advisory on the cover means its ok to curse, people) In any case, at least this arc is over and we got to see Wolverine do what he does best. Cut loose and get revenge on his captors. I hope the next arc is not as wordy and more suspenseful because this arc really lacked a good plot in general. That’s my opinion folks. Take it or leave it.
